Job Title: Technical Helpdesk Executive

Strong Communication skills with demonstrated clarity in spoken and written words. Read/Write/Speak effectively in English.
Basic IT troubleshooting skills viz MS Office,MS outlook, Internet Explorer, Desktop H/W troubleshooting and LAN.
Customer orientation with excellent customer care handling skills.
Excellent analytical & problem solving skills
Awareness of maintaining MIS reports.

(BE/BTech/MCA’s strictly NOT entertained)
BCom and BA preferably with some computer course.
