Job Profile/Description:
Effectively, you will be mentoring the complete sales and marketing team, so that they are able to meet their individual and corporate goals in the best possible environment.
Thus, besides handling people, you will help map the market for opportunities, and articulate our strategy to best exploit that.
Including stepping in yourself to open doors and handle key relationships where necessary.
An essential element will be interacting with senior management at media companies as well as media buying set ups, a key constituency for us.
Besides key relationships, you will help ensure that key processes, be they for campaign management, ethical selling, or regular operations, are followed.

Desired Profile:
Pitching directly to relevant corporates for key events that we associate with will also be an area where you will be called in for.
Sales, collections and driving growth will thus be your KRA’s.
You will be reporting to the COO directly, and have regional business heads reporting into you.
Besides, product heads for specific divisions will also report in directly.
Experience of more than 5 years.
