Job Description
Job responsibilities would include, but not limited to – complete ownership and management of entire recruitment lifecycle – client interaction, sourcing talent through different sources, and follow ups during and after the interviewing process. You would deal with some of the best Technology companies in the world, and would interact with some of the best talent around.

Desired Profile
We are looking for young & passionate Fresh Graduates who seek to create a future for themselves in the field of HR/Recruitment.

1) Exceptional communication skills – firm command over written/spoken English is a must. Should be able to communicate ideas effectively and clearly.
2) Ability to appreciate and understand key concepts behind Technology.
3) Ability to work in a team as well as an individual contributor.
4) A strong background in Extra-Curricular is highly desired.
5) Prior experience in dealing with technical recruitment and a technical qualification (BE/MCA/MSc) are preferred, though not mandatory.
Education: A bachelor’s degree in Technology/Science/Arts (BE/B.Tech/M.Sc/MCA/M.Com/) or MBA with specialization in HR.
