Job Description : As marketing trainee, you will be involved in global marketing support for all regions of the Talisma business. You will perform audits and database / content research via web, email, or phone. You will be required to adapt and excel in a changing environment and learn different skills continuously. The position requires proficiency in multi-tasking, time management, and communication to deliver research of excellent quality and requires outstanding skills to develop market research deliverables, which reach or exceed current standards.

Summary of Key Responsibilities:Research companies as part of our prospecting process and audit their performance
Responsible for meeting SLA set for the team, meet individual productivity, efficiency and quality targets

Essential Competencies / Skills:’Graduate in Science / Commerce / Arts. Post Graduation is not required
‘Working knowledge of MS Office
‘Familiarity in working in a Windows NT environment
‘Ability to comprehend standard English preferably American English
‘Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise and accurate paragraph/essay/letter.
‘Ability to clearly understand the issue at hand
‘Team player
‘Good interpersonal skills (good listening skills, patient, action oriented)
‘Must have a neutral accent
‘Learning and decision making capabilities
‘Willingness to work in shifts morning (6.30 am to 2.30 pm) or afternoon (2.30 pm to 10.30 pm)

Responsibilities: v Web research to generate Contacts
v Database building
v Make outbound calls to validate contacts
v Send Mailers to the contacts
v Follow up mails or calls after touching base
v Validating the interest and passing it to the ISR.
v Appropriate communication though emails or calls
v Entering into the CRM application (Argus)
v Assign status in Argus
