Job Description: Will be expected to jumpstart on new project and take complete ownership of the technical aspects of the deliverables.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring for the team.
Responsible for understanding of the entire code base, architectural considerations, build process, design and design decisions Responsible for interacting with Customer Tech leads and/or Architects/System Engineers.
Must be familiar with software development methodologies like Waterfall and Agile.

Desired Candidate Profile:  Experience in designing and developing Enterprise Transactional Web Applications in Microsoft technologies — ASP.NET/C#.
Passion for technology Exposure to .NET 3.0 (WCF, WPF, WWF and CS). Experience in RFIDs and BizTalk server is desirable.
Experience in Requirement Analysis. Strong OOAD and UML experience, DB Design skills.
In addition of technical depth and breadth, architect requires excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills Deep understanding of design and architectural concepts (SOA and MVC), design patterns, application frameworks, etc.
Understanding of nuances of SQL Server, Oracle and performance tuning concepts.
