Job Role: Cool:Gen Developer

Job Type: Contract

Job Location: Riyadh (Saudi Arabia) / Bahrain

Experience: Minimum of 12 – 18 months

Qualification(s): Bachelor’s (CS/IT/IS/MIS)

Availability: Immediate

Skills:
We are looking for a Cool:Gen Developer who will be responsible for undertaking analysis, design, construction and testing using Cool:Gen in an IBM mainframe environment.

>> Experience in development of Online Block Mode, Batch & Components using Cool:Gen

>> Experience in working in a MVS/CICS/Cobol/DB2 mainframe environment

>> Experience in writing JCL

Desired:

>> Experience in XML Composer is preferable

>> Experience in MQ is preferable

Note:
Cool:Gen was formerly known as IEF and Compose, also known as Advantage:Gen and AllFusion:Gen.
Ideally, we’re looking for fresh CS/IT/IS graduates who have designed and developed their senior graduation project in Cool:Gen and have working knowledge of systems development within an IBM mainframe environment.
There is NO need to know how to read/write/speak Arabic (though if you’re able to, then that’s fine as well).
Fluent reading/writing and conversational skills in English is a must though, the working environment is multinational and multicultural.
